Important information regarding the coronavirus

Dear customer,

Cibo continues to follow the developments surrounding the COVID-19 virus closely. Our main concern at the moment is everyone's health. The situation is constantly evolving and at Cibo we do everything we can to keep our employees working in a safe environment.

For example, hygiene rules have been tightened even more and we have as many employees as possible working from their home office in order to respect the 'social distance' on the work floor. The measures taken allow us to guarantee the continuity of our production and to deliver orders. Of course, customer visits are now 'on hold' for a while, but our sales staff and customer service remain accessible through various channels. So we are still here for you, ready to solve your grinding problems!

For now, we can only hope that all of us will soon succeed in overcoming the coronavirus. In the meantime, take good care of yourself and your loved ones in these difficult and challenging times!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will Cibo stay open?

Until further notice, although we strictly follow government regulations and decisions in function of the health and safety of our people. So the situation may change quickly, but Cibo will do everything possible to remain available for our customers as long as possible.

Will the normal delivery terms continue to apply?

Together with the transport partners, our logistics staff will do everything in their power to deliver goods as quickly as possible. However, a slight delay of a few days is possible.

Can I pick up goods?

In order to make shipping as smooth as possible, goods can only be sent at the moment.

Can I postpone my order due to closure?

We offer that possibility, of course. Please contact our customer service via one of the channels below.

Can I still reach Cibo for technical questions?

Our grinding experts remain available for all your questions, although for the time being this will have to be done remotely via one of the channels here below.

Can I still change the quantities of my order?

You can, provided that your order has not yet been shipped or produced. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I change my mode of transport?

As long as the goods have not yet been shipped, this is no problem. Please contact us so that we can adjust this according to your wishes or needs.

Are Cibo's grinding experts available for an on-site visit?

Customer visits are currently 'on hold' for obvious reasons. So for the time being, this can only be done remotely, which is why we have significantly expanded the communication channels.

Is the supply chain assured?

The supply chain is still assured for the time being and we are doing everything we can to keep it that way.

Is there enough stock?

At this moment there are enough items in stock and our production keeps running. In time, however, products may be out of stock because our Italian suppliers are closed.
